At 7:55am on November 27, 2006 the female driver of a blue Chevy Cavalier with Missouri license plates 473-PXG tossed her cigarette butt out the window on westbound Gravois while approaching Laclede Station Road.

I'm not an American Indian. Rather my blogger name is intended to harken back to those ubiquitous public service announcements from the 1970's with the Native American weeping at all the pollution. As the PSAs said, "People Start Pollution. People can stop it."
