I glanced over just in time to see the driver of Missouri license plates
245-RTT toss a cigarette butt out the window onto eastbound Big Bend at
Kirkwood Road. The littering event took place at 11:25 am on September
26, 2006.

I'm not an American Indian. Rather my blogger name is intended to harken back to those ubiquitous public service announcements from the 1970's with the Native American weeping at all the pollution. As the PSAs said, "People Start Pollution. People can stop it."
