After an undoubtedly delicious dinner at El Burrito Loco (3511 Bates, St. Louis, MO 63116) the pony-tailed female passenger of a van with Missouri license plates 959-SMA enjoyed an after dinner smoke, before tossing her (cigarette) butt into the street and hopping into the back of the van. This offense against civilization and nature occurred at 6:56 pm on September 25, 2006.

I'm not an American Indian. Rather my blogger name is intended to harken back to those ubiquitous public service announcements from the 1970's with the Native American weeping at all the pollution. As the PSAs said, "People Start Pollution. People can stop it."
