It's not a good thing to be highlighted in this blog. People listed here have been spotted intentionally littering in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
On September 7, while biking through the intersection of Big Bend and Murdoch in Webster Groves I observed an amazing collection of discarded cigarette butts in the street. Apparently people drive from miles around just to dump their butts in Webster Groves.

I'm not an American Indian. Rather my blogger name is intended to harken back to those ubiquitous public service announcements from the 1970's with the Native American weeping at all the pollution. As the PSAs said, "People Start Pollution. People can stop it."
